We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.

   Average delivery days will be 3 days up to a maximum of 8 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY

 

When you place an order, we charge a flat rate the Aus post office uses for parcels under 1 kilo (about 2 bottles). If you order more than this you still get the flat rate and we will pay the extra.

Shipping Carriers

We currently use Australia Post & direct some deliveries with Fastway Couriers & Sendle.
Australia Post services are NOT covered by any insurance and any damage or loss of parcel after it has been scanned as have left Naturenhance is solely at buyers risk.

By purchasing with Naturenhance , the buyer accepts Naturenhance are not liable for any refunds or reimbursements for damage or loss from using Australia Post services.

Please note that all staff and contractors from Australia Post are not supplied with mobile phones and as such, WILL NOT phone you before delivering parcel. Please do not ask, as will not happen.
Fastway Couriers do provide $1500 insurance as part of courier service.

Fastway deliveries are best suited to the following types of customers:
Addresses that are attended during business hours Authority to leave instructions where somewhere safe is nominated.

Fastway Couriers do NOT provide calling cards. All information relating to delivery is updated via tracking number that is emailed after order is dispatched. If you requested a signature on delivery and were not present for delivery you will need to complete a re-delivery request with Fastway via the following link:

Whilst Naturenhance does monitor order progression, we will not phone or email customers in advance to notify them when deliveries are scheduled to be made. If delivery is delayed, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or Fastway via the following links:

Authority to leave

Customers can opt to provide delivery instructions in such case when unlikely to be home. In these instances, Naturenhance may override chosen carrier and send via carrier we believe will deliver package most reliably, based on our experience to your location. If we opt to send via more expensive or cheaper method there will be no adjustment to postage prices paid.

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions

By selecting “Authority to Leave” during the checkout page (or if you selected this option over the telephone with our Customer Service Center), the delivery company will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You (the customer) agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises – as per details listed on tracking numbers.

Naturenhance and its courier service providers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Naturenhance from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

 

Risk & Title

Naturenhance will retain title to the goods you order until you have made payment in full for the goods. All the risk in the goods will pass to the buyer upon the delivery of the goods to, or collection of the goods by a postal or courier service.

If you would like to obtain insurance please use Fastway as the provider who will cover up to $1500 as part of standard delivery. Insurance is not valid for any purchases sent with Australia Post or with any orders left with Authority to leave as chosen by the customer.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns and issue refunds unless a result of error from our end or product defect.
Once an order has been submitted, the purchaser can request a refund, and Naturenhance will decide if an order can be refunded. If we have ordered, received, packaged or paid for the items that were requested by the buyer, we may decide not to allow refunds.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Unclaimed deliveries

If a parcel is not collected from Australia Post collection
point within the 2-4 working days allowed and is returned to us as unclaimed a $10 charge will apply. This is the cost we incur for your returned parcel. If you would like us to resend the parcel, this $10 fee + new shipping cost will be applicable. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the cost of products less return costs & less original shipping costs.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed either by:

  • Refunding to credit card used for purchase
  • Refunding paypal transactions
  • EFT to nominated Bank Accounts

Please note: Any requests for bank cheque or money orders, will be processed on weekly basis inline with post office & bank visits and have fees associated to be passed on and deducted from any refund amounts.

Also note that we are unable to refund to credit cards if purchases were made by alternative methods.

If you need to return an item, contact us mail@naturenhance.com ,include the word return in the subject field and your order number. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Naturenhance reserves the right to cancel any transaction which may be as the result of incorrectly listed price or shipping price.
